Right now I have Vance & Hines long shots on my bike and even with quiet baffles it sounds kinda harsh. Anyone have any ideas on what pipes to buy that look nice and have that deep rumble sound? Btw, does V&H pro pipe sound deeper than the long shots? Thanks!
Are you trying to change the look of the pipes? Python exhaust was started by some guys from V&H I believe. They make pipes that look like longshots but have a slightly deeper tone.
Although, if you'd like something a bit easier and want to take a gamble, check out the Big City Thunder Monster Baffles (or their QQ Baffles). $80 or so vs several hundred for new pipes. Maybe worth a shot?

I think Vance and Hines has their own youtube channel that they demo their pipes with. It's not quite as good as hearing them fired up next to you, but they do the same demo for each of them and I'd assume using the same equipment... should give you at least a good idea of how they sound relative to one another.
