Internally wiring aux accy switch
Bike is a 2013 Fat Boy Lo. I've got the left-hand aux switch housing, 70248-02B, and aux switch, 71718-02, and want to run the wires inside the bars. I'll be using this switch to control the passing lamps, which will be powered independently of the high/low beam using the HD add-on wiring harness. I've seen plenty of posts from people that seem to be doing the sane thing, but haven't seen mentioned anywhere if the wires were run internally or not. What I'd like to know is, for those that did run them inside the bars, where'd you go in? I'm thinking of maybe poking a hole next to where the turn signal wires enter the bottom of the stock switch housing and running them in that way. Any other options available? Thanks very much.
