Yeah, I figure I've wasted $25 in/on worse things....so f-it, I'd try it too. I'm switching to solo seat, so we'll see how it "flows" with that.

I have the 2 or 3 inch adjustable... You won't do the 3 inch it looks freaky... lol
Could be just me but I set it at 3 inches and was like Oh no... Dropped it to 2 inches and thats where it stayed. Tank lift makes for easy access when you are changing the head light, bars, wiring and the cables no more having to pull the tank back to get to the plugs. I luv it!
