Angry Bubba's Brakes

Bubba's Brake sold me the solo seat last summer. They sent me the wrong seat for my year of HD. Now, after several phone calls, emails and sending me another wrong part, the seat is still sitting in the box in my garage. I paid $700 for the seat. They say they'll take it back, but, I have to pay the 20% restocking fee and the return postage which is another $100+. THEY SENT THE WRONG ITEM! Why do I have to pay? I was very clear of the year and model HD I have. I've taken it to the HD shops in the area, one shop can fabricated one of the pieces, another shop can fabricate the battery cover. This is going to cost me another $300-400. I've sent pictures to Adam. I've sent pages from the HD shop manual that shows how HD changed the tank bolt position in 2000. I thought they were familiar with Harley's. I want the seat, I'm very p***d that they are not standing behind their product. What would you do??

Dispute the charge thru your credit card company assuming that's how you paid for it.

Default Lost Bubba

I ordered quick release pannier brackets from australia. After 3 months, many emails and a cell phone call to the great man. Yes they did arrive. Left hand bracket missing. Bubba brakes site has vanished here in Aus. I have modified my original bracket and they fit a treat. Look sensastional. Great quality....shame about the service.
