I was kicking around the idea of trading or selling my 07' Night Train, however I had put alot of money into it and we all know if you trade or sell your bike after putting alot into you won't get much.
I love my bike and the way it looks and how it rides so I decided to keep it and do more work to it. I have recently added new V & H pipes and the Screaming Eagle Big Breather Kit.
I would like to do a few more things but I am curious what to do next.
Put Black Inverted forks on
Put different bars on (in hopes for a more comfortable ride)
Powder coating turn signals, head light, triple tree
If you have done any of this or know someone who has let me know how it turned out and if you have pictures please post them.

The order of those three items is up to you. I would recommend new bars as they can make a world of difference in comfort on your ride. Then add the forks and and do the powder coating. You said you were thinking about a bagger. Why not get some detachable bags while you are at it and have a fully functional train tourer?
Yeah I was thinking about bars next. My problem in doing these upgrades is chrome or black? I have Chrome HD rims on it now and black exhaust other than that the bike is stock as for the chrome. You think that black pull back drag bars would look good?
I have the street slammer bars in chrome on my Train and they make a world of difference in the comfort. I also have a set of bags that bolt on when I want to go on a trip. Mostly I use the swingarm bag for day to day stuff. If the bars weren't put on at the dealers before I bought the bike I would have gone with black instead of chrome.
I think I like the black bars, I am worried about mixing black and chrome you know? Should everything be black with chrome rims or should the front end, lights, rims, bars be chrome.

There are a crapload of Trains on these forums. Suggest you spend some time looking at NT picture threads and see what different setups look like. If can be done to a NT, somebody here has done it and posted a picture.
Bars are definitely the first thing you have to change on a Train. Good luck & Welcome to HD forums.
