Default Panacea Taillights

Does anyone have the Panacea Tail lights? I would like to get rid of the rear signal lights on my Fatboy. I read somewere that the brake light is not that noticable in the daytime. Safety is a concern, I don't like the thought of being run over.

If price is not a concern, check out the video gallery on this website.

This is as bright as it gets.

Also check out the Cycle Vision Eliminator. This is on an SG, but they make it for your rie. It is very bright and eliminates the signals as well. IMO it is far nicer than the Kury panacea which has been known to have the board go bad.

My buddy has the Cycle Vision on his '09 Road Glide, and the turn signals are really difficult to see during the day.

I've used the Pancea lights since '03. Had one on my Sporty, and installed one on my Softail right after buying it. I've never had an issue until now. It's acting like it has a short, or loose connection, and I think it's the module going out. I've been happy with it so far.

He must have the older model. I had several people buy these recently and they were concerned about the same thing. I was informed they are plenty bright as they started using brighter LED's a while back. I actually got a picture with the signal on somewhere and it is very bright, even in the day light.

I couldn't say. The bike ain't even a year old yet, and I'd say he bought the light about 6-8 months ago. All I know is that on a sunny day, they're very hard to see, even if you know he's gonna turn and look for them. No problem seeing the brake light, though.
