Default 07 fxstc noise

i bought an 07 fxstc 96 ci leftover new last march. it makes a clunk when letting out clutch at slow speeds. i took the bike to 2 different dealers and called harley customer service in milwaukee, they all said the noise was normal on 96 ci engines. anybody else have this problem. if so did they find a solution. i would really appreciate any help with problem, the noise is driving me crazy

Depends. If letting out the clutch when coasting there can be a loud click or snap sound. This is nothing more than taking up the lash in the drive train.
A better discription of sound and when it happens would help.

I had that sound and feel. it was the motor mount bolt loose.
