That was my question really, where is 'ground' ? I know of Negative ans positive but where are all the grounds ?

The negative is the "grounded" side of the battery. The negative is tied directly to the frame of the bike and the bike frame serves as "ground". In truth it is not grounded but the frame serves as a common connection point back to the negative end of the battery.

Thanks for everyone's replies. I got it figured out. I had the battery load tested again and it was bad. The battery was putting out 12.6 volts but would not take a load at all.
