Help identifying this plate holder?

Hey guys, does anyone know what websites have these plate holders on their site? The pic is has Performance Machine in the top corner, I have also seen them in the RSD pics but can't find anything with any details or a price?

That's an old school Sparto tailight and tag holder

All over Ebay... probably in Drag or Custom Chrome cats as well
