Cycle Shack Baffle Removal
I have a set of Cycle Shack #325 mufflers for my heritage. I bought a set of quieter baffles from them but can't get the stock baffles out. there is a hook tool that should grab in a hole in the baffle and then it gets pulled out. Have tried different hook type implements but no luck. Anyone ever figure this out? Thanks

My friend just took a blow torch with a long straight tip and blowed out the little diverter that sends the exaust to the expansion chamber (of course this made the pipes louder). I am guessing your cycle shacks look like his on the inside. HE had no luck trying to take out the baffle. Someone told him that it could be crimped in and not removeable as some are from cycleshack.
