both lines are from having on the BSS pipes... the differences are from the PCIII stock map and the custom map they dynoed.
For what its worth, my 06 Heritage with BSS pipes, Arlen Ness air cleaner, and a FuelPak running FP0011 settings from VH...mine dyno'd at 72hp and 73 torque. Standard baffles and no tweaking on the dyno. Looks in line with the other numbers I have seen, although looks like you can tweak more out of them with a SERT or PC and some tweaking on the dyno.....
