I seem to be the only one that used Harley's Profile lowered rear shocks, but I've been very happy with them...no loss of compliance, and lowered just the right amount for my tastes (probably don't fit the 'cheap' requirement though, compared to bolts).

I think the harley lowered shocks only drop you 1 inch... and if thats all you want then thats cool. but if you wanna get down and slam it... You gotta go air ride or progressives...
I running 413's on the rear and on the front 3* raked trips, 2 under tubes, and a progressive drop in lowering kit...
