I've been wanting to put some speakers on the Rocker anyone have any good ideas where to mount them, brands of speakers etc...? Doing that Iron Butt ride and will probably want some tunes after a few miles.
I saw a rocker yesterday with some speakers mounted to his stock handlebars. Looked ok.
I got a really nice set of custom fitted ear plugs that I use with my iPhone. They work awesome and sound great! They have two speakrs, one high frequency speaker and one low in each of the plugs.

Without a fairing/windshield I would think those little 2-3" speakers would sound like crap especially when up to a decent speed. I use the iPhone/headphone option myself. I wouldn't mind finding a cool, unobtrusive iPhone mount though. That would help with some GPS function as well. Might be hard to see in the sun though.
sweet....thanks for all the gouge. Im gonna look into the toolbag on the bars thing...didnt even think of that, was fixated on the "sounds of chrome" thing by kuryakyn....but dont know if it would blend well with the 12"ers.
