Installed PM front chrome caliper
As for the rear caliper, I dont know if I should change to OEM HD chrome or go with PM also..

IMHO it looks funny to have two different calipers front and rear.
When people see PM calipers on a bike they know you went 1st class all the way.
It does'nt really cost anymore (not a lot) to go PM over chrome Harley calipers if you shop around on ebay.
Here is a link when I did mine. By the way BEAUTIFUL BIKE!!!!!!!!!

Something to remember - if you are thinking of ever changing wheels, you'll want rotors to match.
firmed up the frontend and the bike feels tight now. If I could quit
trading, I would put them on my Heritage Classic and StreetBob.

Did you notice a significant change right away on stopping? I dont know if its air in the system, but to me the stock calipers did a better job..
I feel like I realy need to press the lever very tight to stop..
I just put a HHI 6-piston caliper (basically the same an a PM) and floating rotor on the front of my 2007 Softail Custom.
The instructions included from HHI say to allow 250 miles of city riding to allow the new pads to bed. However, after 50 miles, I can say that I'm not thrilled with my present stopping power. Will this improve over time?
Additionally, the front brake seems to be dragging a bit. When I raise the front wheel and give a firm hand-spin, I only get a little over 1 revolution per spin.
My caliper is centered perfectly on the rotor, brake is bled correctly.
How many revolutions should I be getting?
Thanks
