Default One Day I Will Learn.........

To not follow directions. I was installing a detachable back rest on my new Fatboy today. I followed the recommendations on torque and immediatley stripped the allen head on the bolt to the bracket. I wound up needing to remove the bolt which was not going well.

Ran it down the street to my local Biker's Bay and they got the bolt out and didn't even charge me anything.

Kudo's to Bikers's Bay in Bedford, Tx. I have done business with them before, but this sure made me want to come back.

I did the same, but with the old elbow torq wrench. Glad to see they treated you right. Some dealers go out of their way to help you (unlike mine).
