You can keep the nostalgia theme going.

Enjoy the new ride.

I made the mistake of trading my '06 Heritage for an '08 Road King. I made
it 7400 miles before trading back for an '08 Heritage. 6 months later, I traded
for an '09 Heritage. I hope you fare better than I did. I could not stand that
wobblin' gobblin!

Already familiar with the new frame. My 2009 SG had it. There should still be a picture of it in my profile. It has been said that the definition of insanity is repeating the same action or behavior over and over again and expecting a different outcome. I am insane !!!

I had a 2004 Heritage. I traded it for a 2005 Electraglide Classic. The EGC was too tall for me (I'm 5'6") so I sold it. So then I bought the 2008 RKC. After lowering and shaving the seat down it fit pretty good and I was happy with it until I saw this red Crossfire convertible that I just had to have. Bought the car and sold the bike. I pay cash for my toys, so I can only afford one at a time, otherwise I would have kept the bike too. Got tired of the car real quick and missed having a bike. Sold the car and got a 2009 Street Glide in Red Hot Sunglow. Wasn't real happy with the SG, so I traded it for the 2009 Heritage. Now this was actually my third Heritage because I had a FLSTN in 1995. I like the Heritage model, it's nice and low for my stubby little legs. All should be right with the world at this point. Right? Here's where the insanity kicks in hard. I go back to the RKC which is a touring model and too tall for me. So now begins all the mods to get it lower so I can touch the ground. In my defense, the Road King is flat out gorgeous, but yes I am insane. The simple truth is that I'm never happy with anything very long. If I were a rich man, I would have one of each. I'm liking that new Forty-Eight too.

That's a beauty!!! Nothing beats the classic look of the Road King.
