Downloaded a new map for my PCV I got from FM night and day difference much better..... My auto tuner will be here tomorrow I'll try it out Saturday and see how it behaves, 70 Saturday and 80 on Sunday
finally got my bike done and ready to ride, took it to my indy buddy to properly tune the engine and the map, find out that 4th gear is kinda screwed up.. roll on the throttle @45mph/~2300rpm and the bike goes nowhere, then i guess all the fuel in there finally ignites to make a loud bang and shoot a flame out from the pipe and scare the cars next to me... back to him i guess and make him fix it :'(

Damn dude let us know what happens. Could it be all that power from your 107" beating your stock clutch up?

Shouldn't be..the clutch is rated to 120TQ, and I don't think my 107" is making that much...close..but not that much. And every other gear is fine, but 4th hesitates then blows up
right? i've still got to mess around with my preload, but i like mine
Hey Sgt_Jim. When you adjust your preload and ride height can you let me know how it went? Theres a bracket running across the bottom of the frame on my 2010 that hides half of the jam nut for the ride height adjustment. Looks like a bitch to do. Thanks much.

Man! I didn't even read your last post. No hurry on the shock question. Good luck dialing in your bike.
