Thanks for the tip! I'm picking up the parts tomorrow after work since they originally gave me the wrong part numbers and I had to pretty much do their job for them lol. Had the bike dropped off today at the shop to put on some 17" todds cycle strip bars. Can't wait to hit the road this weekend I'll post some more pics this weekend. And, yes I've been hitting the foot hills out by valley springs lately come summer time I'm thinking Sonora pass and a stop at kennedy meadows for some fly fishing!
Ride tomorrow bro cuz Friday we're gettin soaked. 68 degrees in Sactown today. I played 18 holes and rode up 80 to Auburn then up over Forest Hill bridge and back down Auburn Folsom road home.

Looks like nor cal is going to get hammered. I remember the last year I spent in the central valley there were some big storms and flooding in Sac and Stockton areas. Enjoy the nice days to come. We still a few more months of winter weather in Wisconsin.
Funny you guys mentioned the weather. I live in Stockton but work in Petaluma during the week. I couldn't take it no more so ditched work early went home to pick the bike up and went for a nice ride since this weekend is suppose to rain. Love the new bars makes riding much more comfortable. Got rid of the football as well and changed out the turn sign lenses for the smoked out ones. Next step is either powder coating the forks so there all gloss black or buy the kit from Harley, just depends which way is cheaper. But here she is ignore the filthy truck lol

It usually runs $100 to get forks powder coated. The dealer is stupid expensive at $450 for new black forks. I found these guys on eBay and I'm thinking of using them. I'm just trying to decide if I want to go gloss or matte black for the tins, forks, struts, etc. The guys below will also give you $60 for your stock parts.
Hi,
I just bought a 2012 model Fatboy Lo and am excited about getting how I want it which is just how it is in the attached pic. I love the front and rear fender and the seat on this blacked out beauty. Does anyone recognize them or know where I could get hold of them. I got the pic off Google pics but it originally comes from HDForums.com according to the URL. I'm also posting the URL so someone a bit more tech savvy than me might be able to trace the pic back to a thread on the forums. Any help would be appreciated.
WTF!!! How long has this thread been in existence? We CLEARLY have a Lo brother stomping all over the "self-imposed reflector rule" and NOBODY jumped him yet....is it the end of the world? Hahaha

I don't know why so many people have such love for reflectors. Five or six of 'em ganged up on my brother and beat the crap out him one time. I've hated them every since. Them reflectors are scum bags I tell ya and need to be eliminated. Their gangs are everywhere too, so watch out. It's really the yellow ones that are the worst but the red aren't much better. Wait!, what? Is winter over yet?
