Drag Specialties components.
NAMZ CAM-Bus Controller
Chopper-wiring started
Future plans include:
Signals are non-functioning and leaving in favor of hidden LED strips. Switches are going as well.
La Pera Bare Bones Seat
Foot Clutch and Hand Shifter
Possible fender chop if I can find a spare.
if you change your own oil, in their eyes you voided the warranty. i take my bike to a buddy that owns a shop. 60 an hour is a lot less than the stealership, and i can stand there and watch the work being done
I never trusted the yellow jack enough to actually work on the bike using only it for support, got this idea from Beasily when he was around. Worked quite well for a lot of years.
When I changed the shocks or removed the back wheel the jack was free to help support and maneuver the rear wheel.
It's one solution
Yep, that's what I ended up having to do. The Harbor Freight lift I bought apparently works fine for non-ABS bikes, but with ABS bikes the compressor mounts to the front shock bolt and the lift couldn't be positioned to give access to both the rear bolts and the area where the compressor needs to fit.
Oh well, took a little more time and I ended up with an extra lift I don't really need, but the Shotgun Shock is on and working well!
