I need comfort, i have 4 screws and bone fusion in my lower back. I like cool stuff on my bike, but could care less as long as i'm comfy. No one is looking at my seat while i'm sitting on it anyway.
No, haven't done the seat. Risers and frame mounted pegs as far as positioning. I take an annual trip about 1500 a 2000 miles in 7 days. That's when I feel I'd like to stretch a bit more. Do you have a seat suggestion?
I am 6'2" and want to move driver boards forward a few inches and out maybe an inch. I'm looking for ideas to do I think from scratch or buy a market item. What has worked for you?
There are many companies that make them, I used the ones from Kuryakan, 1" out and 1" forward. they worked for me. I'm 6ft wirh a 32" inseam. Also run the Ultimate seat, very nice
Had the bike out yesterday, at least 3 weeks earlier than usual. We've been blessed with maybe the nicest spring I can remember, it was 52 and sunny, in Alaska, in March... lol
Glad to hear it, especially in Alaska! I rode her 3 times this past week albeit I am in Florida! And new tires, fresh fluids and a replaced fuel line into the tank makes it all the better.
