It's the stock sissy bar from a 200 rear tire Softail Custom that I had powdercoated. Not sure on the part #. I don't like floorboards so I switched em out for fwd controls, they do have more ground clearance but the pipes still drag anyway

Did you also have to use a mount kit and/or signal re-locater kit? That Sissy bar looks way better than any one HD offers for the FatBoy LO!
If you're going to do that, you should get the headlight visor and just paint it before you put it on. Makes the headlight look beefier. They don't make it black yet. They don't make any of the good little parts in black yet!!

Black fingernail polish makes the rear fender strut hardware disappear if you don't want to paint the struts.
And if you can stand the funny looks of the girls in the WalMart makeup department.
My hands aren't steady enough to paint them but my daughter is an expert with the nail polish. She thought it was great fun.
I know JBG! I look on fleabay and all I see is chrome crap. I think this winter I might take all the shiny stuff off and rattle can it. I wonder if they make a flat black nail polish? Maybe I should go to the mall and ask some of the EMO kids walking around hahahhaha. Maybe I'll see some Lo's at Sturgis and get some ideas.
