So while getting the rear tire replaced, it was brought to my attention that the wiring inside the rear fender has almost been rubbed through by the tire. I didn't get to look at it but has anyone else had this issue? Haven't changed anything on the suspension it was still the original tire.

That sounds like it would be an issue of weight disbursement... you're not Samoa-Large are you?
I am pushing 280 and with the wife at 140 we have not had any issues with tire rub. Have you set your shock preload for more weight? I have mine to 4 turns out.

I haven't gone that far out. I think it's only 2 but it's been a while since I did it. So it's definitiely on the to do list. According to the shop it's burned clear through the big protective sheath and started through the actual wires oh joy.
I was not happy with the stock shocks and I'm 215 and wife 100. Went with the ShotGun air shocks and could not be happier...
I am really wanting the Shotguns but as it is known they don't fit as of now on the LO with ABS. I am thinking this winter going ahead and getting them and mounting the compressor in a solo side bag. The guys from shotgun seem to think that will work and will supply the extra air lines and wire.
