Ok brotha, I've finally had some time to hang out in the garage. The peg bolts are not specific to either side. I took my left off and put it on the right side with no issues. So you might have a thread count issue. Good luck and let me know how it works out.
Alrighty... again, thanks for your time Jim. I really appreciate it. I'll have a look a little closer to the bold and the frame.
I just got my 2012 Lo on the 16th. Yesterday the weather was bad so I spend the day bolting on some accessories.
Put on Mustache Bars, Fender Bib, Hogrida plate holder, American Customs slip ons in black, painted the heat shields flat black, Leatherworks/Fox Creek solo bag, and battery tender leads. Hell of a first day.
This is the way it should have came from the factory (black pipes).
I still have satin black street slammers left to put on then it will be comlete.
Those bags look great on your sled bro! Id lose the road king emblems though.
I plan to but I am not sure what to replace it with and the emblem is easy to remove but the leather has an endention on it so it needs to be fully covered. I have a few ideas but i need to find someone with a c&c machine or i would love to find some fatboy emblems that would work
