first of all thanks for your service guys... here is the best, cheapest mod both of your bikes are screaming for: http://hogrida.com/Store.aspx
btw... nice bikes
Great...Ive been looking for a simple mod like that for the plate holder. Thanks Turd
I plan to but I am not sure what to replace it with and the emblem is easy to remove but the leather has an endention on it so it needs to be fully covered. I have a few ideas but i need to find someone with a c&c machine or i would love to find some fatboy emblems that would work
I like em but they are curved to fit a tank. Can i straighten those bad boys out?
not sure, but it says you can shape them to fit tank. So I don't exactly know if that means that they can be striaght also. I see your delima though, but I bet you find something cool that will work. Maybe some more lo owners will chime in and help you with ideas? I know if I can't find something I ask sgtjim, he can find anything. However it turns out, those bags definatley work with the lo, nice job!
thx Jim. like I said, I would love to find a couple fat boy emblems but may have to find a painter out there and have them paint it on some flat stock metal and make my own badge.
the only thing I am worried about and I will have to measure it but it looks like the FB tank emblem might not be symetrical due to moco wanting it to look right on a curve.

It's really such a slight curve that I don't see it making any difference. You could always have an emblem made from leather and attach it. BTW I love the look of the Roadking bags on your bike.. Great job.
what I was thinking about doing was making my own plate, painting it black, and getting those chrome or metal letters and making a "fatboy" or "fatbagger" emblem of my own. attach studs to the back and it will be just like the badge that I took off.
