Its a wind vest if you Google it you should find it. It connects to the handlebars. Don't know how much wind protection it will give ya. But it does look kinda cool.
i'm not sure about that..because in the image it looks like it has a bracket that connects to the housing around the light, and it's far away from the handlebars..

That's what im saying..the one the WillRyder has mounted on his bike (the one im asking about) is mounted to the tripletrees/forks..not the handlebars
That's a Memphis Shades sport shield, most likely the Del Rio version (they have a few different sizes). This is the shield I have and now I never take it off. It really cuts down on the wind for me and doesn't look too fugly.
