Just did mine the other night, don't have a pic. But here is a thread that does.

I wouldn't worry about getting pulled over, but you'll probably want to switch them out for your inspection every year. Tell us how they work out for ya when you get them.

Thanks for the link to the thread with pics. It really doesn't apply directly to the FB Lo. I don't think that splash guard will come off without removing the wheel. If the wheel is off... this would be an easy job. With the wheel on... it was a PITA!!

You can't be serious. You don't have to take the rear wheel off. Take the 1 allen head bolt out from the bottom of the splash guard, pop off the guard, rotate it up OVER the tire. You can now easily get in behind and access all that stuff. Trust me, I've had all this stuff on and off multiple times. The other thread was to show you where the plug was hanging. All modern softails are about the same underneath, there's nothing special about the Lo.

Up and OVER???? Holy crap!!! I bet that would have worked a LOT better than the way I did it!!! I pulled out the allen head bolt and tried to pull the splash guard down! Oh well... I'm sure the next guy will benefit from my mistake....

Yes , I think I can do some kind of modify work by adding some padding string and change the bottom into this kind of bottom ,what do you think ?

BTW , I actually made several grips of that kind bottom myself ,and I'm proud of my work .

I always like a post that starts with "You Can't Be Serious".. anyways.. those sirens, are they plug-and-play with the security system? or does something have to be turned on in the system? I'd imagine it's just plug-n-play.. and that looks like the same connection from the O2 sensor plugs (which mine are buried in my attic now since im not running O2 sensors)..otherwise anyone know what the name of that connector is? i've been looking through the deutschconnector site and haven't found it yet

edit: nvm, this should be it, no?

You have to have the TSSM for the security system first. Then either buy the HD siren or do the radio shack mod and it just works. For the connector, there is no corresponding connector. It is designed to plug into a device not be a male/female connection. It is a delphi connector too. I've been through all the catalogs, no dice.

I have the TSSM on my 2010.. and all the lights flash and do-dads and knick-knacks when I walk away from the bike, which is why I think I could just plug it in.. and check my edit about the Delphi connector, i think that's the right one
