I like the look. You could do cables, I like extended mirrors but most don't. Not much left to do imho

Love all the work. Nice wheels !! How do you like the 2-1 V&H ? If I went V&H those were the ones I was considering. Much louder than stock ?

I would have to say I love the sound of the pipes A friend of mine has the shortshots , which sound good, but just too much of a "poppin" sound for me... I went with the VH2-1 cause a) found a good deal b) low rumble tht gets loud if I get on it, c) non traditional styling.....

I think they are 30-40% louder than stock, but i still warm up my bike at 7am for 10 mins every morning before heading to work, and no one has complained yet... and my 3 year old does not wake, which is amazing because her room is above the garage.

hoping the pipe curve flows well with the ape curves... we will see.

Thanks for the response. I like that doesn't wake up 3 year old or bug neighbours ! I'm not wanting a ticket .

I agree engine guard something to consider. I like my gloss black one.

Looks like stock air filter ? Did you just do the exhaust ?

Just stock air filter... waiting to find one I really like, and then i will buy it and an autotuner.. probably will be a winter addition.

I like the enging guard that has the HD shape with the footrests on top, will probably add that on soon as well - would be nice to stretch out on the highway...

Thanks again!

I have also been considering some style of apes but not sure if it fits my ride?

I debated a lot of bars, and i really like the PIST apes, but once I seen the HCC bars on jbrady524's lo, ihad to have the same set up.....((his pic is below)), and i figured the smooth curves and 36.5 width on bars will fit pretty nice for me as well.. Jbradypic below , he is 5'11 and I am just a inch taller so shoud be a good fit..I hope!if not, just buy some more and try again/ itsonly money and you cant take it with you YOLO.

It's so freaking awesome to see this thread alive and kicking! I tried keeping up but just couldn't do it! Can't beleive that I have been following this beast for over 2 years now...

Some nice mod's to everyone's Lo's lately, love how everyone is going in different directions with them all.

I have not rode my Lo much this summer due to the crazy rain down here in South Florida and a hectic work schedule, but I'm not going to let that keep me from doing the Poker Run in the Keys this weekend. Heading down on Friday with some friends...hoping to see some other Lo's with some work done on them down there. Anyone else going? I'm thinking about entering the bike show on Saturday to make sure the Lo's are repped!

I think I have decided to bag out my Lo, but I'm not going to start until November, that way it gives me plenty of time to research and find the right mix of quality parts (maybe even second hand). I was thinking Bad Dads stuff, I prefer the extended hard bags over the stock length and they have a sweet looking fender for the 200mm tires. I just like the look. that being said, I'll probably have a few parts to sell including my Supertrapp Paul Yaffe X-pipes and my solobag, fender, tailight, etc. Although I said that about all of the other stuff I swapped out and I can't seem to let 'em go...

Any advice, what to bag with or whatever is always appreciated from this crew!

I don't plan on doing a front fairing, I have a detachable shield with the removable Boom audio (just installed it, pretty happy with it so far!).

I'll post some pics of my Lo by the end of the week, I've made a lot of small to medium additions to my Lo since I last posted any.
