Your lowers have been changed, but it does not look like it has been lowered. I bet you have to much fluid in them or too heavy of a fluid. Drain them, replace the crush washers, be careful with the tube caps and trees, don't screw up the chrome. I like SE heavy in mine, but you may want to try regular fork oil from the dealer. It is cheap and easy to replace.

Thanks for everyones input. It believe there is a fork oil change in my future from the sounds of things. A cheap fix for once, maybe, lol
