Bull. The number changed because the shock changed, and Progressive sends the spanner with their shocks. Run, don't walk away from this joker.
the part number on their shock differs from the p/n on the progressive site which matches the pair I bought.
I dunno... they don't look the same as the current 422's being sold. I guess it's your call. Take the risk or shy away and go for the true shock. I know money is tight these days but you should be able to get the 422's under 400 dollars through flea bay or someone else which would be a difference of up to 80 dollars. Is it worth it? Again. Your call.
