Default Turn signal problem

I have an 09 crossbones and I recently installed a rear turn signal relocation kit. When I turn on the motor everything works fine except the right rear signal. It does not light up unless I put on the blinker and then it will flash. I tried switching bulbs and had same problem. Any ideas? Thanks

Are you using the Run/Stop/Turn module? If so it is a bad module if not you have a wire pinched somewhere in that turn signal. Just went through this not too long ago mine was a pinched wire that burned out the module.

Thanks, I will pull it apart and check for pinched wire. I am not sure what a run-stop-turn module but I will figure out what it is and check that too. Thanks for the help

Your blinkers are just blinkers in the rear, unless you changed them over to be running or stop lights. They are not on all the time.

What is the left signal doing?

The right tail light works fine and is on all the time. The left one only works with the blinker on.

You might have the issue backwards....

Sounds like the left is fine and the right is in error... Unless you are using a RUN/TURN/BRAKE unit......Your blinkers should not be on all the time. Only when they blink..

It sounds like you have a short in the wire or a bad ground........Retrace the steps you took on the relocation kit and make sure you spliced the wires together properly.....
