Default Turn signal wiring help

I have a 2008 street bob with the rear turn signal relocation kit and the right turn signal stopped working so I took it apart. I found the the ground wire came out of the fitting for the light bulb socket, so I but a new wire on tested it and it worked fine. Next I soldered everything up and now it doesn't work right. The bulb will flash when I hit the turn signal button but won't stay lit like the other side. I'm just a little stumped and wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks

I believe there are three wires...the ground, the turn signal, and one for the running lights. Sounds like the turn signal connection is good though maybe not the other wire.
