That's more what I was expecting from what I've seen on the forum of other similar builds. I'm sure I could do even better with a good 2 into 1 exhaust, but for now I'll stick with the true duals. The builder was great about this. No cost to me for the fix or re-tune. I'll be picking it up tomorrow. I got a faxed copy of the dyno sheet but it is in mph instead of rpm's. I'm gonna get a reprint in rpm's and will post.
Now thats much more like it. Those are good numbers for your set up. You will still gain from a 2 into 1 pipe but at 92 tq you are doing pretty darn good with stock heads.
Have you ridden it , its got to feel like a different bike now!
Sorry didnt read the whole thread... what was done with your heads?? if nothing then your comrpession isnt that high. that setup with flat tops would be somewhere between 8.9 and 9. Thats pretty low to build power. Headwork needs to be adressed ASAP, and definitely a differant pipe setup. my 95" with SS 570s and custom headwork at 9.8 with a pro pipe made 99 hp 104 tq.
Your air to fuel mixture is way off . Look at the red line fall on its face at around 3500, right where everything else does. The red and blue lines should be togther as close as possible, you might be running really rich. example; look at hspring03 dyno sheets
Thanks for the feedback. No head work has been done. Maybe some time in the future. I will be picking up the bike today and looking forward to feeling the difference.
