Brian, make sure you plugged the square data plug into the bike's factory plug. this will set the CEL to on. make sure you have loaded the proper map for your bike and then initiate the module as described above. If your plugs are fuel fouled, replace them.

Yea Brian, check and make sure you plugged in the wire to the bikes data port!Don't ask me how I know!
Check and make sure the right map is loaded.Disconnect the battery and reconnect. Then initiate the Tm.Run iac auto.Bike has to be cold when you do this.I had some idle issues the first day because I didn't do the iac auto function.I ran it the next morning and everything is cool.
Read the the smartlink tuning manual! Its under help at the top of the screen.
Tk-I have map #546 installed.Mileage is down a little.I ran the auto map Sun.So I will see how it does now,I also lowered my high and low decel fuel cutout rpms. That helped some with the decel popping. Its not bad.Kinda cool sounding when the fuel is cut out on decel.

are you running a cam? if not then you should change the map to 392
also if you call TM on the phone or ask on line they will tell you what you should run for what you have

No cams yet.546 is what Fuelmoto had loaded in it.I saw that map was for a bike with red shift cams and kinda wondered about it.It is for my pipes and air cleaner though.I think I will check with Thunder Max and see what they say.

i tried 523 but too lean for my bike so went to the 393 and made the past 30% leaner.
if your bike has power chamber i would think it would be like stock head pipe but use what TM says and if you get ping when you open throttle then i will email you a map that will work

if you have a high-flow filter use the 393 map. it will be close but you can adjust the A/F for cruising 14.0 down to 12.9 for accel. i get aroung 48 mpg on the highway.
