I have an 07 Night Train as well and had the same issue you had when I bought it used.

My issue was that the security light would not shut off and turn signals flashed fast. Previous owner put in led lights in rear and ecm saw this as a burned out bulb; lights (turn signals) would flash slow 3 times then go fast. Also, 6th gear would not show up on speedo when I was in 6th gear.

Soulution was to go with a Badlands load equalizer III. I checked Dennis Kirk website and part number is LE03A; Dennis Kirk number 214282.

This is a solid state unit and solved my issues with the bike. Signals flash normal now, security works and light goes out.

I only gave you Dennis Kirk numbers because I was able to access their website. I know their are dealers on this website who also are sponsors of the hdforum that stock this unit also.

Hope this helps

The badland load equalizer I purchased is plug and play - no cutting into the wiring harness. I would go with the load equalizer and this should solve your problem.

Under the seat

If you are looking at the ecm the connector is to the left (exhaut side) of the bike behind the battery. This connector is under the seat by the battery, not on the side of the bike. Load equalizer has instructions with it that show the harness and the location.

Very easy to intall.

Does anyone know if the Badlands load equalizer III Dennis Kirk number 214282 will work on my Rocker. I have led front blinkers and they blink fast.
