I just upgraded my ride, added Hydrogen which makes it more fuel efficient, more powerful and
better for the environment by adding Hydro to the engine, it makes the engine run cooler and
decreases wear, prolongs the motor oils lifespan since the combustion is so much cleaner. It is
an old invention perfected and designed by a friend of mine here in Iceland. He has been
running his own bike with Hydrogen for almost 2 years with no complications whatsoever.
There are other Hydrogens out there, but no one like this... And it looks awesome.
LOL.....You expecting this to become a hot subject??....hehehehe...
Feel free to ask about it. Don´t judge this thing before you know what it is, because I do...and I know what changes it has made for my bike and other bikes with the same Hydrogen kit.
Nothing wrong with riding a Harley that runs on gas and water...and with a kit that looks really good too ;-)
Pictures are coming....please be patient...And no It is my bike....a Softail STD ´06
The hydro is produced in the hydrogen kit installed on the bike...no reservoir for the hydro...goes from "the factory" to the fuel system...in my case a carb...
Has not been Dynoed yet, but the estimate from the creator who has been a rider for 20+ years, worked as a mechanic for years on both bikes, cars and airplanes talks about 10 - 20 hp depending on setup. As Iceland is a small country there are very few dyno´s lying around, but there will be a dyno test soon. There is a kit going to the US next week or the week after. And will be installed on a Sportster, which will be the first kit in the US so far.
When this kit hits the market it will come with all installation information needed. More information will come soon from the manufacturer. Their website is being constructed and will be up and running in the next few weeks to come as far as I know. There people will be able to see both pictures and get more detailed information about this product.
I will try my best to answer the questions that might come...but even though the creator is a friend of mine....I am only a customer of his regarding this kit. I am not their spokesman :-)
Now I really need to hit the sack. Going for a day trip with Harley Davidson Club Iceland tomorrow, there will be at least 7 Harley Hybrids there ;-)
P.S. The Hydrogen kit creates hydrogen gas from water with electricity. The Hydrogen gas goes from "the factory" to the fuel system and creates a much cleaner combustion. This makes the bike able to run even smoother on a leaner air/fuel mix which creates the possibility to decrease fuel consumption radically.
