Does anyone know if Steet Bob forks and triple tree would wourk on an 06 FXST? I can get a good deal on them and they look much nicer. thanks in advance
I believe they will, but remember your going to have to get them as a set as the Fat Bob's tubes are 49mm and not 41 like yours.
Its also setup for dual disks so you might want to see about getting the wheel w/rotors, master cylinder and brake calipers with it.
Just don't expect it to handle as well as a Fat Bob when your done. A Softy is longer with more rake in the steering head while the the rear suspension was never meant to run through the twisties really hard.
