Local dealer had sign on last FXSTC (Softail Custom) that read "last chance, discontinued for 2011"...so any ideas on what is taking it's place? My guess is they are doing a make over sim to the 2010 WG wide glide...

Maybe it'll be something exciting like the first time they discontinued it in 99 and gave us the deuce....in 2000.
I mean I could hardly contain myself..
Love that rear fender...
Maybe they'll go with a 240mm rea rtire model, like they did with the Springer SE model, that retains the traditional rear strut mounted wheel, they'd sell a ton of them, that way they can elininate the Rocker, and people won't have to dump $3k or more just to make them look like something resembling a motorcycle...

I actually didn't care for the Deuce when it first came out. I thought the rear fender looked like a FL front fender hacked off and mounted backwards.

I feel the same way, both Rocker and Duece need a rear fender kit to look right IMO, and Smooth softail oil tank as opposed to the ribbed. Ribbed is for fancy rubbers lol. Just personal opinion of course, to each their own! Back on topic I'm curious as to what they have on the drawing board then as well, they already have murdered out softails both springer and standard fork so hmm.....
The only way to improve on the FXSTC is to put the 240 tire on the back. And maybe drop a 120 engine in it. Other than that, don't mess with perfection....
