I have the same problems with the stock headlights. Can't see very well in early morning. i have an 04 softail standard which i think is a sealed beam headlight, any got any suggestions for an 04.
As for those with sealed beams, I have heard that you can get a deflector for pretty cheap at an autoparts store that will accept the H4 bulbs, but I don't know the specifics.
be careful you dont melt the wires. the other bulbs that say 60/55W=135/125W are 60 watt high that shines like a 135 but does not use the power of a 120
