Yea i'm in the same boat, 5600 and its got just a hint of tread left in the center. Currently got a D407 200/55 r17. HD 197$ Indy has a D402 for the same price and says it should go between 8-9 k. I emailed Dunlop about the wear issue and they replied all 200 tires are Hi performance and made of softer compounds, and that the wear is normal. I searched the net a little on Avons and Metz they ran around 225$. If anyone runs these, what kind of mile are getting with them?
