Default Blueing Pipes

I just had V&H slip ons put on my new 2010 Heritage. Nothing else done to the bike but slip ons, no intake, fuel remapping nothing. When I got home I realized my pipes had blued. Someone at the shop told me to watch for that. Does that mean my bike is running too hot and am I risking engine damage?

second on the lean thing. get a TM and set your A/F anywhere you want it. your engine will thank you on these hot summer rides.
