new bike
+2 lose the reflectors. the rear ones will come off easy just by pulling them off but my front ones needed a heat gun and some fishing line. there's a big thread on here about Lo's with lots of mods done to them if you need ideas.

Reflector removal
I scored all the way round my refelectors with a soft plastic guitar plectrum and they fell off. No need to waste money on goo gone the sticky stuff comes off dead easy with zippo lighter fluid
