I have a 2004 Fatboy with stock fenders, I was wondering if anyone has frenched the stock rear fender license plate? I am wanting to use one of the frames that has the built in LED halfmoon brake light. Can this be done, if so do I need to buy one of the prefabbed mounting kit boxes?
Easily done if your "fab" skills are up to par...major pain to keep clean.
The prefabed boxes are the way to go for the "half moon" light/ plate mount.

Awesome setup, correct me if I'm wrong but don't you have a wider rear end than my bike? Also what brand ("half moon" light/ plate mount) is that license plate frame? I can do the cutting and layout. My son is a welder so I would leave that up to him.
