i have the fatboy lo with rush slip on 2 inch baffle looking for a lounder sound io checked big city baffle they have nothing that is easy need to take my slip on mufflers off i do not want to do that they are a pain to take off looking for some thing easy to replace, any company make them thanks
to do any baffle work or mods on any muffler/slip on you HAVE to take them off .i just removed my SE baffles and drilled them out and chucked out the wading..once the bolts holding the baffles in are removed then its a matter of finding something to hammer them out with..i used a long screw driver and a ballpeen hammer and it took about 5 minutes each side ..the whole job took about an hour ..if you have stock cans they are riveted in..

Move up to a 2.25 or 2.50 baffle which are sold separately. Remove the screw on the bottom of the slipon and slide out the old baffle, insert the new. Piece of cake.
Can't imagine needing anything louder than 2.0s but to each his own.
be prepared to loose some low end with bigger than the 2's... unless U have a BB kit with some cams..
They are now recomending 1 3/4 in stock form and 2'' with cams...
As said above, my two inchers will set off car alarms now,, I dont want any more..
Also if there new they will keep increasing in loudness starting around 2k miles on them...
