Default Cross Bones stock seat mod

Has anyone taken there stock seat apart to make it different? I love the design but it's to high up and too wide for my ***. I would like to know if anyone has opened it up,cut it,and re-upholster it thinner and narrower.

I thought about it but decided to buy one and keep the stock seat for backup. I wanted one a little narrower.

That's a nice one you gots there. I decided to take it apart and the good thing about it is that it can be put back together If I choose to make it stock again. I covered up the metal mold with vinyl and it looks good, a bit wrinkled but nice and it's alot lower so Im happy.

I played with mine but couldn't get it right. Sent it to Mean City and they fixed it right up. Best seat I've ever had in 45 years of riding.

I just explained where the seat was hurting. Got the least expensive memory foam option. Call them up and talk.
