Default Oil change question.

Changed the oil on my 2008 Fxstc yesterday and went for a ride today and after riding for a couple of hours I stopped and deceided to check the oil and it looked bubbly when I looked down the filler pipe, is this normal? I used redline oil 20w50.

My Sportster used to do that when I changed the oil. The bubbles went away and I never had a problem.

My '02 Heritage didn't 'bubble' when I changed the oil in it a couple of week ago.

I don't know if air somehow gets into the sytem causing the bubbling or not, but I used a scavenger system with my Heritage and it didn't bubble.

.

I have been changing and checking my own oil since I bought my bike. I use SYN-3 and I also notice what I would describe more as a foam after riding for a while. I never thought anything of it and I have never had any issues. My engine seems to run as good as the day I brought her home.

That's because Redline is the champaign of oils,if you used regular oil it would be foamy because it is the beer oil!
