i guess not knowing what you are doing will cost you money lol i was playing with my shocks again one side the bolt came out i tryed getting it back in know way. harley will pick up my bike today and fix it always something my fault i guess

Shocks arent that hard.
Is the bike on a lift...... I had to put a block under the tire and then play with the jack height to get the holes lined up..... Patience..Don't give up that easily and throw money at the dealer so quickly

i was adusting my schocks just alitle more i guess i came to the end the nut fell off. one thing there is not much adusment for the shocks maybe 15 turns for some weight for 2 up, anyway they picked up my bike service needs to be done to, be carefull with the softtail shocks do not do what i did lol
