Default 2004 FXST - How much Fork Oil?

I put in some progressive springs and 2" shorter tubes. I called the stealer to see how much for oil. The first one said maybe 9 oz. I ask if they actually knew instead of getting a maybe. They put me on hold then came back a min later and said 9. I called a second one and they said 11 oz. Does anyone know what the manual says for any 2000 and up FXST?
Thanks.

I guess I spoke too soon. The search function did not bring the up but Google did. Or maybe I just didn't go back far enough......This was posted by Skycrane.

"Dry fork requires .5 to 1.0oz more than the wet amount due to residual oil left clinging inside the fork." Use 20 weight for average conditions. For extreme conditions use 10 weight or 30 weight accordingly."

-WET: Means you just drained the oil out of the plug and want to refill it.

-DRY: Means you dissassembled the forks and cleaned them dry inside/out.
