that time of year
Well that time of year is approaching , that time when you need a jacket in the morning or evening but day times are awesome for riding. Now the problem is I have to put the saddle bags on so I can haul my cool weather gear but hate the thought of putting bags on the softail custom. I was wondering if anyone else has bags on their custom and if it was possible to see pics so I can convince my self it doesnt look to terrible.I have bags for it I just dont use them unless I have to.

I agree...get the sissybar bag. I use mine like a small truck. Holds my leather jacket and a lot more.
But more importantly..what do you mean it's getting to be that time of year? It's only August. I won't need my jacket for a least 2 more months!!

Since you didn't buy a Heritage, you wouldn't want to mess up the look with saddle bags. Use the sissy bar bag. I live in Columbus, OH and I am not thinking about cool weather other than wishing it were cooler.

Sorry didnt mean to bring up the "F" (fall) word , im in no hurry but I know how things are for me, by the time i think about it, get around to it, its too late if you know what I mean. I thought about the sissy bar bag like the round ones, not into that look either. I wish I would of gotten the heritage now but live and learn as they say.Gonna have to break down and just putem on and look the other way. Thanks for the suggestions.
