Default Dual Beam Headlight

I am all about visibility on the road, I have been looking at the dual beam option for a while. I have tried HID on another bike but did not like it so thats not on option on this one worst thing I could not use my modulator with the HID kit, assuming I get the dual beam light will I be able to use my modulator its a plug and play H4 Kisan kit and will it provide more light on the road.

Get brighter passing lamp bulbs and make it so you can leave your passing lamps on with your high beam on.
