Ooooh Yeaah! She's bad to bone all right.

I've heard that Cycle Shop has a set of slip ons that can be used with one hole drilled into the bracket, and that they sound great. I don't have any part numbers for what was used yet. I hope to find out soon.

If you know of any other good slip on mufflers for this bike, please let me know.

Don't know why, but these candy color paint jobs with the painted frames do nothing for me.. It's just the color I think.
Read that article, it's short but gives you a good briefing on the setup.. Looks like a very nice scoot.. Well appointed with chrome goodies.

I'd be hard pressed to consider factory bikes in that price range though.. it really starts to bleed into the pricepoint of custom scoots..
Nothing like a 113" S&S strapped to a chop with a 250 tire on the back and a right side drive 6-speed and all custom fenders and tank and clean hidden wiring.

I paid MSRP and it is $15,000.00 cheaper then my '05 Deluxe. No one leaves their new HD bike stock for long. The SE line is the best and only value HD has. And sure I looked at those 124 S&S stretched choppers and almost bought one, but then realized that I buy these bikes so I can ride them and not just stare at them in the garage.

The SE Springer is downright cheap at 25K, if you look at the accessories and beautiful paint.
I have over 28K before tax in my Night Train, so the SE value is there.
I would still probably toss another 3K into the SE to spice it up and make it mine, and different from the other identical SE models riding around town.. Pipes, A/C, cams, pistons, diamond cutting, chrome hardware etc., but the CVO guys did an excellent job with the 07' bikes, as usual..

I also wouldn't be interested in a chopper at simular money. They don't do a thing for me, and everybody that I know around here who owns one never rides them, they are mostly trying to sell them because the novelty has worn off.
I want to ride in comfort and safety. I'm not into sitting at every corner bar waiting for someone to hopefully stop by and gawk.
